Earlier today (7th September), Wolf Alice checked in to BBC Radio 1’s studios for a Live Lounge session. And they didn’t play it safe.
As well as showcasing new single ‘You’re a Germ’, they took on traditional cover duties by giving a version of One Direction’s ‘Steal My Girl’. Blimey. Grungier than anything on debut album ‘My Love Is Cool’, they preceded the cover by inviting 1D out to local Camden haunt the Hawley Arms for a pint. Something for them to ponder while they’re on a break.
